1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the x888 platform at https://x888.lat (the "Platform"), including all associated pages, games, betting markets, account features and promotional materials, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the x888 Platform. x888 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and x888 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings of any nature.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The x888 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older ("18+"). By registering an x888 account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting in your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are registering and playing in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

x888 operates a strict Know Your Customer ("KYC") policy. Age and identity verification is completed at registration and may be required again at any point, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. x888 reserves the right to suspend any account pending successful completion of KYC procedures and to permanently close accounts where verification cannot be completed or where false information has been provided.

It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether online gaming is lawful in their specific location within Pakistan or elsewhere before registering or depositing. x888 does not provide legal advice regarding the permissibility of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting services on x888, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to x888 account registration and use:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered x888 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x888 login credentials. x888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify x888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account Transfer: x888 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the x888 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x888 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.

• Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your x888 account balance immediately upon confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits are credited on the same business day in most circumstances. x888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. x888 applies anti-money laundering procedures which may require withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and Easypaisa — typically within a few hours of an approved request; bank transfers — within one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the x888 account Cashier section and are subject to change. x888 reserves the right to impose transaction limits based on account verification status, risk assessment or regulatory requirements.
• Currency: x888 does not accept or process transactions in any currency other than Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Users must not use currency conversion services or intermediary payment services to circumvent this policy.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

x888 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards and other promotional offers to eligible registered users. All x888 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Bonuses are valid only for the period specified in the applicable promotional terms;
• All x888 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn;
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement are withdrawable;
• x888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and to void any bets or winnings that were placed or accrued using a bonus obtained through misuse, collusion, or in breach of these Terms;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new x888 account. Players who register multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts closed and all associated balances forfeited.

Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and other conditions for each x888 promotion are detailed in the applicable promotional page. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the x888 Platform are final once confirmed. x888 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in the limited circumstances described in our sports betting rules, including event cancellation, postponement beyond specified timeframes, or manifest technical error.

• In the event of a disputed bet or game outcome, x888's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out below;
• x888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a manifest pricing error;
• All casino games on x888 use independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. Published RTP percentages represent long-run statistical averages and are not a guarantee of returns for any individual session;
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant game as conducted by the live dealer, which shall take precedence over any on-screen display in the event of a discrepancy caused by a technical fault;
• x888 is not responsible for any loss of connection on the User's side during a live bet or game round. Settled outcomes stand regardless of User connectivity issues at the time of settlement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x888 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one x888 account;
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors or glitches in a way not intended by x888;
• Using funds of criminal origin for deposits on the x888 Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law;
• Allowing any third party to use your x888 account or acting as an agent for another person in placing bets.

x888 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified, to withhold or void any associated winnings or balances, and to report relevant information to competent legal authorities where required.

8. Responsible Gaming

x888 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Online gaming is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. x888 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your x888 account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Alerts: You may configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified period;

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the x888 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game titles, game graphics, software, text, images, video content and the overall look and feel of the Platform (collectively, "x888 Content"), is the exclusive property of x888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x888 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any x888 Content without the express prior written consent of x888.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if x888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

x888's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

11. Amendments to These Terms

x888 reserves the right to revise, modify or update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, x888 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the contact information held on their x888 account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the x888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. x888 operates an internal complaints procedure: disputes must first be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the complaint, including your registered account username, the date(s) of the relevant transaction(s) and the nature of the dispute. x888 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the complaint within 14 days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, x888 and the User agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where such rights cannot be waived or excluded by applicable law.
